Kyle found his passion for food at the Medina County Career Center in the Chef and Restaurant Program. After graduating the culinary program he expanded his knowledge by attending and graduating from Hiram College with a bachelors degree in business with a minor in entrepreneurship.
Investing in his son's future, Bill started up this restaurant to help his son learn about the restaurant business. Dedicating his time to teaching his son all the ins and outs of the business. He is hoping to pass this business over to his son in the near future.
Retired from the airport, Nick found his passion for cooking. He met Bill and decided to invest into this business. He committed his time to building up the restaurant with his own recipes.
Working with Bill on past projects, Lori has a keen eye for social media marketing. She has spent time learning about how to enhance community awareness and engagement with the use of social media.

In 2018, while still a student at the Career center, Kyle competed in and won the Taste of Medina County food contest "Best Entree" Award
Here we are in 2023, Kyle has now graduated from culinary school, Hiram College and has trained in many restaurants to further enhance his cooking and business skills. Kyle is now ready to start offering his personal chef abilities to the public. Feel free to contact Diner 42 for his availabilty!
